Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• 1-2 years of related healthcare experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees patient intake/ registration processes and accurate data collection.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and alignment with hospital policies.
• Facilitates communication between patient access and clinical teams to maintain smooth patient flow.
• Addresses patient concerns professionally and resolves issues timely.
• Monitors quality assurance programs and drives process improvements.
• Oversees insurance verification and financial clearance, guiding patients as needed.
• Maintains staffing schedules to ensure adequate department coverage.
• Collects co-payments and documents financial transactions.
