Formación

• College degree preferred for advancement.
• 3-5 years of Health Care Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily Patient Access operations and ensure service levels.
• Plan and implement action plans for Registration Process areas including financial clearance.
• Manage staffing activities: selection, training, wage/salary, and staff development.
• Enforce hospital and Conifer policies and develop new policies as needed.
• Communicate performance and issues with directors and CFO; drive improvements.
