Conifer Health Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Patient Access Lead to support registration, financial clearance and hospital services coordination, including ADT analysis and revenue cycle reporting.

You will lead shift operations, collaborate with department leaders, ensure Medicare/payor compliance, and supervise Patient Access staff. Location is Northcentral Baptist with a 1PM–9:30PM Monday–Friday schedule.

Competenze

• Minimum typing skills of 35 wpm.
• High level working knowledge of software, programs and equipment.
• Knowledge of hospital environment preferred.
• Advanced customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Understanding of third party payor requirements.
• Understanding of compliance standards.
• Patient liability collection performance and productivity.
• Cross-trained in all Patient Access service areas.
• Negotiation techniques to collect money owed.

Mansioni

• Provide full patient registration at date of service with compliant forms.
• Deliver full patient financial counseling and liability collection escalations.
• Verify insurance, benefits, and eligibility; obtain authorizations.
• Lead shift Patient Access Operations and drive department performance.
