Conifer Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a supervisory professional to mentor staff, guide daily work efforts, and ensure accurate handling of patient access activities at our facilities in Detroit. You will support training, escalate issues, and help drive adherence to hospital and corporate policies.

You will participate in planning for Registration processes, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to achieving operational goals in a hospital environment.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• College degree preferred.
• 4+ years experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area.
• 5+ years experience in Patient Access preferred.
• 2+ years in supervisory or lead role preferred.

Aufgaben

• Mentor and train new hires and existing staff in daily work.
• Assist in planning for Registration Process areas and clinics.
• Maintain positive customer service and resolve issues.
• Enforce policies and assist in policy development per guidelines.
• Monitor daily activity and prepare performance/metric reports.
• Perform all Patient Access functions as needed.
• Support the management team to meet operational goals.
