Job summary

Inspira Health Network in Mullica Hill, NJ is seeking a Patient Access Liaison to ensure a seamless, Patients First experience by accurately registering patients and collecting demographic, financial, and insurance information at all access points.

The role acts as a bridge between patients and the medical infusion team, coordinating care, assisting with scheduling, pre-authorizations, Medicaid and other aid programs, and communicating expected financial responsibilities with care and empathy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• 1 year of oncology scheduling experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with patients in a healthcare setting.
• Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
• Chemotherapy/hematology authorization experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients accurately across all access points.
• Obtain and verify demographic, financial, and insurance information.
• Explain hospital policies, consent forms, and required documentation.
• Assist with scheduling, pre-authorizations, and program eligibility.
• Communicate and collect financial responsibilities when appropriate.
• Serve as a liaison between patients and the care team in infusion services.
