NorthLakes Community Clinic in Turtle Lake, WI is seeking a Patient Services Representative to greet patients, schedule appointments, and coordinate referrals. You will verify insurance, collect payments, and support patient access to services.

The role requires strong customer service, HIPAA knowledge, and experience with EMR/EDR systems to guide patients through the clinic’s processes. On-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus either one year certificate from college or technical school; or three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous Customer Service experience is required.
• CPR Certification must be current or obtained within the first six months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and direct them to the appropriate location.
• Use EMR/EDR systems to capture demographics and schedule services.
• Process referrals and prior-authorizations as needed.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect payments.
• Answer calls and route inquiries to the right staff; make reminder calls as needed.
• Guide patients through the clinic experience and services available.
