Responsibilities

• Perform patient registration across access points with accurate demographic info and EHR documentation.
• Scan, index, and manage patient documents to support registration, billing and clinical workflows.
• Communicate patient financial responsibility using tools and scripts, and collect payments when appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments to support access to care.
• Resolve routine registration, insurance, and encounter discrepancies following workflows.
• Provide patient-facing support via phone and approved channels, route calls, and document interactions.
• Process medical records and registration docs promptly per best practices and compliance.
