Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register patients and verify demographic and insurance information.
• Verify benefits eligibility and pre-certification with providers and insurers.
• Collect co-pays and deductibles and provide financial counseling when appropriate.
• Prepare patient packets and maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Ensure patient satisfaction and accurate data entry across systems.
