Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
• On-site role at Department location with HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments system-wide for providers.
• Provide prep instructions for procedures per guidelines.
• Register demographics and insurance information for timely payment.
• Handle appointment changes and confirmations per patient preferences.
• Process referrals and respond to appointment status questions.
• Coordinate hold/release of template slots and provider contacts.
