Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs Medicare compliance reviews and issues ABNs as needed.
• Creates estimates for patient financial responsibility and collects payments.
• Coordinates with utilization management for pre-authorization issues.
• Contacts insurance to verify eligibility and obtain pre-authorizations.
• Registers patients for services with accuracy and efficiency.
• Communicates with clinical and access departments to improve patient experience.
• Provides exceptional customer service and documents payer conversations.
