Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduling, registration, and admitting functions at bedside; validates demographic data and insurance information.
• Collects data for billing submissions including workers' compensation and motor vehicle claims.
• Obtains signatures on regulatory paperwork and supports financial clearance and referrals.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and accurate electronic health record registration during downtime.
