Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking a Patient Navigator to provide centralized access to physician and radiology services across Cooper’s provider network. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional patient experience and facilitating access to care with strong communication within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has healthcare scheduling experience, a high school diploma, and proficient computer skills including Excel and EPIC systems. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in a Customer Service, Contact Center or scheduling environment.
• Experience in healthcare settings such as central scheduling, medical terminology, insurance verification, registration, or hospital/physician office is preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong computer skills including Internet, Excel, Word and Outlook.
