Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of EPIC systems is a plus.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single access point for patients seeking physician and radiology services across disciplines.
• Assist multiple departments and ensure fast, accurate patient scheduling.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and support through Cooper’s Access Center.
