Job summary

Cooper Norcross Health is seeking Patient Navigators to provide centralized access to physician and radiology services across Cooper’s provider network. You will thrive in a fast-paced Access Center, handling escalations, onboarding and training with a focus on excellent customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare customer service or scheduling, proficiency with EPIC/Outlook/Excel/Word, and strong communication, multitasking and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in Customer Service/Contact Center or scheduling environment.
• Experience with EPIC, Outlook, IDX, Excel and Word preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide a centralized access point to physician and radiology services across disciplines.
• Support patient access across Cooper’s provider network.
• Escalate issues and assist with onboarding and training.
• Deliver high-quality customer service in line with Cooper policies.
• Assist in design, development, delivery and evaluation of training programs in the Patient Access Center.
• Support Learning and Quality functions with audits and reviews.
