• Collects data for bill submission, including workers' compensation and motor vehicle claims, and verifies plan codes.
• Identifies patient financial responsibilities, calculates estimates, and processes payments.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to HIPAA and AHN policies; supports a positive patient experience.
