Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work rotating schedules/shifts.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Basic medical terminology knowledge.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office/Google Suite).
• Ability to work every other weekend.
• Ability to work three holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality patient interviews to verify demographics and identity.
• Perform facility-based scheduling and bed planning.
• Handle pre-registration, registration, and insurance verification.
• Execute pre-certification and point-of-service cash collection.
• Obtain patient consents/attestations and ensure financial clearance.
• Adhere to quality standards and maintain a positive patient experience.
