Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Patient Navigator to support patients through insurance verification, prior authorizations, and appeals. You will educate patients and healthcare providers about access and reimbursement options, manage cases, and maintain compliant records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare administration, social science, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in insurance reimbursement, patient access, direct patient care, or patient education.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare access delivery or management is preferred.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes including ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact delivering personalized case management for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and providers on access, coverage, and reimbursement options.
• Build trusted relationships and coordinate with client field teams.
• Document activities accurately in the Valeris system and ensure compliance with SOPs.
