Valeris seeks a Benefits Specialist to support patient access by verifying benefits, coordinating prior authorizations, and assisting patients with enrollment and eligibility. You will interact with patients, healthcare providers, and payers in a compliant, service-oriented manner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 6 months of customer service experience or payer benefits experience preferred.
• Ability to handle health information confidentially.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient benefits for major medical and pharmacy plans.
• Coordinate prior authorizations and manage eligibility communications.
• Assist patients with enrollment, benefits coverage, and inquiries.
• Respond to calls and inquiries, guiding to correct resources.
• Maintain accurate program service requests and documentation.
