Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
• 6 months customer service experience or payer benefits experience preferred.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Healthcare industry experience or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient benefits for major medical and pharmacy plans.
• Review patient assistance enrollment forms and determine eligibility.
• Coordinate prior authorizations per payer guidelines and SOPs.
• Answer inbound calls and assist customers, transferring when needed.
• Utilize PharmaCord Lynk to process claims and move workflows.
• Communicate case status with medical practices and sales reps.
