Valeris, Inc. seeks a Sr. Patient Navigator to ensure patients gain access to life-altering therapies by managing reimbursement workflows, prior authorizations, and appeals.

You will educate patients and providers, and collaborate with client teams to secure payer coverage while maintaining HIPAA compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–10 years in healthcare access delivery, with travel as needed to support regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in healthcare administration or related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in insurance reimbursement, patient access, direct patient care, or patient education.
• Certifications such as PACS, CHES, CCM are a plus, with at least 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers; manage benefit investigations and prior authorizations.
• Educate patients, HCPs, and stakeholders on access, payer policies, and Valeris programs.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships; coordinate with client field teams and follow SOPs.
• Communicate benefit coverage options and next steps clearly; ensure HIPAA compliance.
