Key Responsibilities
Duties
  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with any and all needs when calling into our facility
  • Collect and verify patient demographic information and insurance details accurately
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff to optimize daily patient flow
  • Explain billing procedures, co‑payments, and required documentation clearly to patients
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient records in compliance with healthcare privacy regulations
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, address inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating electronic health records
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients and staff
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment

Work Schedule

This is a full‑time position, Monday – Friday. Hours may vary based on clinic needs.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
