• Proficiency in MS Office; Meditech experience preferred but not required
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced team
• Strong written and verbal communication with good spelling

Responsibilities

• Register patients and perform registration-related tasks, including obtaining consents and collecting financial paperwork
• Coordinate referrals and scheduling of visits for the department
• Complete required Meditech and customer service training
• Provide timely, patient-focused service and resolve issues or pass to appropriate party
• May float to other areas within the department as needed
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Schedule follow-up appointments and assist with referrals and pre-certifications
• Maintain recall and reschedule lists and organize patient records
