Responsibilities

• Register patients and coordinate referrals and scheduling for the department.
• Explain and obtain consents, collect financial documentation, and collect co-pays as required.
• Complete and participate in Meditech and customer service training.
• Own patient interactions with a patient-first mindset and resolve issues timely.
• May float to other areas within the department as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA privacy and patient confidentiality.
