Responsibilities

• Document registration in electronic systems and ensure clean billing.
• Handle visit closures including payments and follow-up tasks.
• Provide wayfinding and high-level customer service at the front desk.
• Answer phones, screen calls, and direct messages as needed.
• Maintain clean front desk, waiting area, and children’s play area.
