The role requires a high school diploma, strong data entry and communication skills, and the ability to multitask. You will work under the Supervisor of Operations to support smooth patient flow and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of work experience in customer service.
• Excellent data entry 25+ w.p.m. and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors and directs them to proper staff or resources.
• Sets appointments, reschedules, and assists with enrollment and referrals.
• Maintains positive service mindset in fast-paced environment.
