Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clinic leadership and staff to support efficient flow and patient access.
• Check insurance eligibility and benefits using payer portals and resolve coverage issues.
• Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy standards; participate in audits and improvement initiatives.
• Provide coverage across departments as needed and assist with training.
