Responsibilities

  • Maintains compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Maintains compliance with revenue cycle and financial audit guidelines.
  • Provides patient check-in/check-out and answers phones with complete and accurate information.
  • Schedules patient appointments and enters required demographic and clinical information into the system.
  • Orders and maintains clinical supplies, office supplies, and equipment.
  • Maintains compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and infection prevention policies.
  • Demonstrates good customer service skills and teamwork.
