Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration or related field.
• Typically requires 5 years of experience in patient access and admitting.
• Includes 1 year supervisory experience in staff, budgets and HR functions.
• Ability to network with physicians and physician office management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes to streamline workflow and improve revenue cycle performance.
• Communicate with patients, families, staff and physicians to assure quality and service.
• Survey satisfaction and follow up on concerns to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Identify root causes and recommend refinements; implement as appropriate.
• Collaborate with patient access and management to standardize policies and procedures.
• Develop and adhere to operating budgets and control expenditures.
