Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center, part of the HCA Healthcare family, is seeking a Patient Access Manager to lead daily operations of Patient Access and coordinate with the Shared Service Center. The role focuses on policy development, performance improvement, and staff training while aligning departmental services with hospital functions.

The candidate will oversee registration, staffing, and customer service excellence, with on-site management and on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• Minimum three years' experience in related area with two of these years being healthcare management experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director in daily operations of all Patient Access functions.
• Serve as liaison between the SSC and the facility; integrate services with hospital functions.
• Develop and implement policies to guide services and improve department performance.
• Ensure orientation and continuing education of staff; participate in staff selection.
