Qualifications

• Familiarity with registration, insurance verification and payment collection processes.
• Advanced knowledge of patient throughput regulations and confidentiality standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train patient access staff to ensure efficient, empathetic service.
• Lead registration, insurance verification, and payment collection workflows.
• Greet patients with professionalism and manage timely, accurate data entry.
• Verify demographics, insurance, and financial information and obtain signatures.
• Resolve escalated payer issues and maintain Master Patient Index integrity.
• Enter and maintain EMR data, correct duplicates, and support process improvements.
