Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule, reschedule, pre-certify, and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures
• Obtain and verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Explain tests, preparation instructions, and financial policies to patients
• Provide bedside registration to collect signatures and information
• Assist in collections and financial arrangements and ABN usage
• Support denials management by correcting front-end errors
