Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day support to Patient Access Representatives and acts as a subject matter expert.
• Ensures staff collect complete orders, demographics, insurance information, authorizations, referrals and medical necessity.
• Ensures compliance with departmental protocols and collects out-of-pocket liability from patients.
• Trains and educates staff to maintain a positive patient experience.
