Qualifications

• Education includes a high school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of admissions and financial regulations is required.
• Experience with EMR systems (Meditech or Epic) in scheduling/registration.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of the Registration department and monitor staff activities.
• Coordinate prior authorization and scheduling for staff and patients.
• Manage daily administration of tasks and ensure high patient satisfaction.
• Provide direction, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Monitor budget impact and implement guidelines to improve performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and train staff accordingly.
