Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and perform full patient registration at date of service.
• Provide full patient financial counseling, education and referrals; handle liability collection escalations.
• Verify eligibility, benefits, coverage, and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Analyze ADT and Revenue Cycle Reports; lead shift Patient Access Operations.
