• Provides full patient financial counseling and referrals, and conducts liability collection where appropriate.
• Verifies insurance, benefits, coverage and eligibility; obtains authorizations for services.
• Analyzes ADT, Revenue Cycle reports, and leads shift Patient Access Operations.
