Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year in a Customer Service role.
• 0-1 year administrative experience in medical facility, health insurance, or related area preferred
• Some college coursework is preferred

Responsabilidades

• Greeting patients and completing full patient registration at the point of service.
• Educating patients about financial liabilities and securing payment where applicable.
• Verifying insurance, benefits, and obtaining authorizations for scheduled hospital services
