• Collects deposits, co-pays, deductibles, and patient liability payments; prepares armbands for patient identification.
• Assists in training employees and educating staff on pertinent role changes.
• Coordinates downtime procedures and adjusts daily templates as needed.
• Organizes daily tasks to optimize productivity, accountability, and efficiency.
