Shifts vary, including day, evening, and overnight hours with weekend rotation and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and lead daily functions of the designated work area.
• Provide direction and support to staff as needed.
• Facilitate completion of statistical reporting and data analysis to support guidelines.
• Serve as primary information source and advocate for financial matters on site.
• Train new staff and orient to department operations.
• Monitor patient flow, workload, and staffing levels, adjusting services accordingly.
• Ensure precertification requirements are met prior to treatment.
• Update patient demographics and insurance information in the system.
