Qualifications

• One year of relatable work experience required.
• High School Diploma or Associate’s degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent.
• Experience in management, administrative, clerical, insurance, billing, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office; healthcare systems a plus.
• Comfort learning new technologies and navigating multiple systems.
• Ability to work independently following established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review referrals and patient information for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with patients, providers, and internal teams to ensure timely access to care.
• Communicate financial responsibilities and collect payments when applicable.
• Verify insurance eligibility and payer requirements according to guidelines.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic systems and EMR.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes and meet productivity standards.
• Assist with scheduling and inventory coordination as needed.
• Support team operations and adhere to company policies.
