• One (1) year of relatable work experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare administration, insurance, billing, or call center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review eligibility and payer requirements to determine qualification status prior to service delivery.
• Communicate with patients regarding financial responsibility and document interactions accurately.
• Coordinate with referral sources, physicians, and clinical teams to obtain complete documentation.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Provide professional assistance to patients and referral sources via incoming calls.
