Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Healthcare administration exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review medical records and payer guidelines to determine eligibility and qualification status.
• Explain financial responsibilities to patients and document interactions.
• Communicate with patients and referral sources to gather missing documents.
• Enter referrals within established timeframes and ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with leadership to manage inventory and services scheduling.
• Navigate multiple EMR and online systems to manage documentation.
