Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year receptionist/cashier or related healthcare experience.
• Strong customer service background; knowledge of electronic health records systems; medical insurance.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and admit patients; pre-registration and scheduling of appointments.
• Collect co-pays and patient financial responsibility at time of service.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorization as necessary; enter demographics, billing, and clinical information accurately.
• Answer phones, manage mail and supplies, and support Clinic Operations Team.
