Responsibilities include registration, co-pay collection, insurance verification, and maintaining confidentiality while coordinating with physicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Pre-registration for all new clients and scheduling appointments, including orientation.
• Greet patients, manage center premises activities, and serve as point of contact for inquiries.
• Collect co-payments and patient financial responsibility at service time.
• Enter demographics, billing, and clinical information accurately in the registration system.
• Maintain communication with Program Director, physicians, and nursing staff about intakes.
• Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations as needed.
• Handle phones, mail, inventory, and supplies; ensure supply needs are anticipated and fulfilled.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard clinic operations.
• Coordinate with Clinic Operations Team to meet individualized goals.
• Adhere to CMG/New Seasons service policies and principles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
