New Season Treatment Centers is seeking an Intake Coordinator to manage patient registration as they enter the facility. The role coordinates referrals from physicians, hospitals, and community sources to streamline admissions.

Responsibilities include scheduling evaluations, answering calls with strong customer service, entering insurance and medical data, and maintaining confidential patient records. HS diploma required; 3+ years in intake preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of intake/admission experience.
• Strong customer service and medical terminology knowledge.
• Experience with scheduling and patient registration.

Responsabilités

• Schedule evaluations, meetings, and consultations.
• Answer incoming calls with strong customer service.
• Prepare and maintain patient charts.
• Enter admission information into the system (insurance, history, demographics).
• Perform pre-screen to determine medical necessity for Intake Assessment.
• Convey initial treatment plan to referral source.
• Process new referrals with timely acceptance.
• Assist case management with referrals as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard operations.
• Coordinate with Clinic Operations Team to meet individualized goals.
• Adhere to CMG/New Seasons policies.
