Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of patient registration and insurance verification in a healthcare setting required; 2 years preferred.
• Emergency Department registration experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with EMTALA, DNV, HIPAA and all applicable regulations in Admissions and Medical Records handling.
• Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with customers.
• Answer telephone professionally and relay messages to medical staff.
