Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma required.
• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
• Revenue cycle knowledge preferred; familiarity with insurance is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform Medicare compliance reviews and issue ABNs as needed.
• Create accurate estimates of patient financial responsibility and collect payments.
• Coordinate with utilization management for pre-authorization issues.
• Verify eligibility with insurance and obtain pre-authorizations as required.
• Register patients and ensure accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Provide excellent customer service and document payer communications.
