Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 1 year of medical office/hospital registration or banking experience.
• American Heart Association certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients courteously and professionally.
• Obtain accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Code and verify insurance coverage correctly.
• Collect estimated patient responsibility or screen for assistance programs.
• Answer all incoming calls to the facility.
