Responsibilities

• Interacts with patients and families to provide courteous, timely assistance.
• Regulates schedules based on procedure requirements and staffing needs.
• Pre-registers patients by obtaining accurate demographic information.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and secures necessary authorizations.
• Collects and records patient financial responsibility estimates as applicable.
• Maintains accurate and complete patient registration records.
• Answers calls professionally and provides information as needed.
• Maintains attendance and complies with all policies.
