Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One year of recent medical office, hospital registration or banking experience.
• American Heart Association certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients courteously and professionally.
• Obtain accurate demographic and insurance information.
• Code and verify insurance coverage.
• Collect estimated patient responsibility or screen for financial assistance programs.
• Answer all incoming calls to the facility.
