Responsibilities

• Registration & Data Entry: Verify demographics and insurance, upload documents into EMR.
• Financial & Cash Management: Collect co-pays, enter non-clinical charges, reconcile cash drawer.
• Insurance & Authorization: Verify eligibility, secure pre-authorizations, manage work queues.
• Patient Education: Answer billing/insurance questions, explain coverage policies.
• Referral Coordination: Manage end-to-end referral process and notify physicians of denials.
• Scheduling & Follow-Up: Manage multi-provider scheduling and outreach for no-shows.
